Pho's noodle is made from rice, and ingredients are basically bean sprouts(もやし) , green onion, and Chicken or fish ball. The soup tastes very simple and light. I didn't know that until I watched a video of how to cook Pho, but it actually takes a lot of works to finish it.
My friend has been to Vietnam before, and said this Pho tastes better than Pho in Vietnam. This restaurant is in Umeda, but that'll be good if I have cheap Pho stall like Vietnam near my house so that I can eat Pho everyday.
Omg my comment disappeared.............
ReplyDeleteHi, Ayumi. Can i comment on here? Hehehe. U know what im gonna have lunch with boyfriend and we will have PHO! It was planned before i saw this post. That pho was better than red pepper's pho??
(I got help from my friend who is learning japanese. Cuz i dont know which square is okay to post this comment lol)
Omg...My comment disappeared, too...Why they put logout button in such a tricky place? lol
ReplyDeleteAnyway, of course you can comment! You should come here with your bf to eat that pho! lol I think that pho was good, but red pepper's one is better. I tried some kinds of pho after I came back to Japan, but still red pepper's pho is the best. And Jasmin's pad thai as well. Btw, you sent me a kind of "pho noodle jajangmyeon" with some other noodles, do you remember it? That was delicious!
Oh, I thought a system of this blog is in English. Okay, I'll change it when I find a way :)
Thanks Ayumi!!! Now its in english hehehe. Im glad that it was delicious. Every jajangmyeon is delicious though kekekeke
ReplyDeleteYeah, It was easy than I thought lol
ReplyDeleteThat's true. Thanks to you, I could try many kinds of jajangmyeon, and they are all good :)
